1  Nine Point Round Ripple in Crochet: Completed Projects by Ravenb83 on: September 01, 2009 11:21:05 AM
Here's a round ripple I made for my cousin who is due in October.  Her baby shower was the 30th of Aug. but I couldn't make it so this will be taken to her in a few weeks.  I used Bernat Softee Chunky in Hot pink, black and off white.  It measures 53" from point to point and took me 5 days off and on crocheting to finish.

Ok so I want to surprise my fiancee with a throw for our wedding.  Its going to be halloween this year so I drew up this picture:

my question is it possible to embroider on this type of material seens how its made for cross stitching?

P.S. Ignore the Octob on the one side I couldn't get it to look the way I wanted it to so I decided to go with the 10-31-09 instead

Ok so I am really sorry that I can't just post pictures but soon I will be able too.

My soon to be Mother-in-law asked me to make a baby boy blanket for a co worker.  So I got some Caron Simply Soft Eco in denim and some off white and got to work using Crochet Kim's personalized baby blanket pattern.

This pattern was so much fun and so fast and easy.  I decided I didn't like how the name looked just crocheted on so I cross stitched it on after the middle mat was finished.

So here it is:
