6  CRAFTY BUSINESS ADVICE / Selling Crafts on Etsy.com / Re: Is this an OK banner? on: August 10, 2009 10:12:39 PM
I like it.  Its not too busy and its not too blah. I too, am in the process of setting up an etsy. Actually, Ive already got the account.  I just havent made it pretty with a banner and the avatar and logo needed to make it look "legit".

8  GLASS CRAFTS / Glass Crafts: Discussion and Questions / Re: microwave kiln ????? on: June 09, 2009 06:48:08 PM
I bought one as part of my graduation present for myself last week. (The other part of my present was an autographed photo of all 4 Golden Girls.  It cost me almost 3 truck payments but hey, I love my girls)  Anyway, the only problem that Ive had is with the dichroic glass.  I layer a couple pieces together and throw it in there thinking I will get a blue pendant and 30 minutes later I see that its turned purple.  I threw in some clear pink/opal striped dichro over black and what did i get?  Blue and purple stripes.  I cant complain much, tho.  They are indeed fusing...I just wish I knew what I was going to end up with. Its a surprise everytime.
9  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Winter Holidays / Re: What crafty stuff do YOU want for Christmas? on: November 30, 2008 12:36:17 PM
I've already been told that what I want is too expensive so I did the next best thing and I bought them myself.  I ordered the Cricut Expression with loads of cricut goodies and bought myself the Keurig (B70?) to keep me up for long craft nights.  I think Ill just ask for more Bind-It-All goods.... cant have too many of those. Smiley  And yes, I had to buy my own B-I-A, too.  It was too expensive for a birthday present.
10  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Discussion and Questions / Re: Uggg...Hamma/ Perler Bead Troubles. on: October 03, 2008 08:32:03 PM
I use regular white printer paper from Walmart.... never had a problem.  Except for the time where the paper had writing on it and it transfered along....but that was just my being a dumbass.  LoL
