1  CLOTHING / Clothing for Curvaceous Craftsters: Discussion and Questions / Cutest Blouse Ever! on: July 02, 2009 02:31:02 PM

I absolutely LOVE this and desperately want to try it for a top I'm making.

I actually would like to make it more like a detachable brouch. Its so devine. ^_^

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make a bow this big?

I'm definitely looking around at tutorials and will post my results. ^_^

Thanks for the suggestions ^_^

I do love the idea of doing a halter.

These are a few things I saw as inspiration for me:

GOOD MORNING ALL!

I'm going to a model casting call and I really wanted to be original and wear something I made myself. Plus I dont have the money to go out and buy brand new stuff. I have here three articles of clothing I thought I could use to make a really nice dress. I just need some ideas on it.

1. There are 2 silk wrap shirts from Ashley Stewart that I dont wear anymore. (1 - purple, 1-b/w stripes)
2. A below the knee skirt that does not flatter my figure much.

I want something short, feminine, and even funky. I really want to showcase my individuality. Between the long and wide sleeves on the blouse to the length of the skirt I have quite a bit of fabric to work with. Any ideas?

*They dont have to be put together as one dress. I am willing to do separates*

I desperately want to make one for my friend for her birthday. I have some kind of idea how it can be done but I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to make it or where I could possibly find a tutorial.
