Has anyone done this successfully?  I've tried on paper and with a lot of wishful thinking on pre-gessoed canvas - with poor results.  I used full strength (very toxic and pungent) acetone and a burnisher, but only got a faint transfer.  The copies were made with toner, I made sure to check first.  Any tips - or a tutorial I've missed?  Thanks. 

These are so addictive!  I've made some featuring pictures I've taken, or some random images, but many are from a 1959 children's encyclopedia.  I use something called "Paper Glaze" to seal some, and other just some mod podge glitter details.  I don't have any ventilation in my studio space, so I've avoided using resin.  I cut a small piece of magnetic tape (the doublestick kind that comes in a roll) for the backs.  They'll hold a bit of paper, but mostly they're just decoration!
