The puns ATC. Sorry it's backwards. But, it's fish saying "dam" and there is a dam. I love it.

So you all should have your feedback. Let me know if it didn't show up for you.

Let me just say that being flaked on sucks. It's very discouraging. Especially in this case where we had communicated beyond the info sheet. But, I guess it's better to happen to me then a first time swapper. I decided not to get a new partner because I want to give what I made to my friend for Christmas.

So here is the painting. I really like it. My boyfriend says I should put a little grey in his beard to make him look younger.


And the shirt.


I also have some simple greeting cards but, I didn't take their picture. They are simple and similar to the tshirt.

I hope everyone enjoyed this swap.

So it looks like everyone has sent that is going to.
My partner flaked on me (it's official) and I don't think I am going to find a replacement partner. Instead I am going to give my items to my friend for Christmas.

But I will tell everyone what I made for now and post the pictures later this weekend.

Everyone has either sent or contacted me about sending late except one person (my partner). So I just want to let you all know that I haven't sent yet. I'm waiting until November 7 to hear from my partner.

I'm having a really hard time finding freezer paper in Canada. But, we do have wax paper.
Is freezer paper like butchers paper?

I buy mine at a Comic Book Shop.
I'm sure the comic book shops in the UK would have them too.

I received an amazing ATC from SonjaBoo today.
She chose my Boston Bruins team theme and did not disappoint.

It's a jersey with movable sleeves. The sleeves tuck in behind to make it ATC size. I love it and will display with pride!! My boyfriend will probably want a Vancouver Canucks one.

And..funny story. When I was getting the mail today there were two things, both ATC sized. I got really excited because I love receiving ATCs. So I pick them up and bring them to my apartment. The package that was not the Bruins Jersey looked like this (except with my address on the front there).

Anyways, I open it up and am thoroughly disappointed...it was an O.B. sample!!!

I felt like when you think it's 2:00 and you get off work at 2:30, but it turns out it's really 1:00.
