I've been looking at the swaps, and I keep thinking to myself "ooOOOooo that would be SOOO much fun" So someday I aspire to join in on the awesome idea of craft swapping.

Hey there, I've been signed up here for a while, almost a year.  I've posted a whopping 4 times (this makes 5! Woo!)

I've lurked around, and have seen many a beautiful craft, and someday hope to shake off some of this shyness, and perhaps post some of my own crafty things here too.

When I make it at Christmas time I have a similar recipe, I use orange juice instead of apple juice, and I like to throw in a little bit of cinnamon as well.  Yum! =D

I think cheddar and some sort of apple preserve might work.  I always thought it was odd, but when I was growing up my Nan had a little saying. "Apple pie without the cheese is like a hug without the squeeze" ... Although I never have tried apple pie with cheese!
