Totally sad, these are the two ATC's I sent mountainsandclouds, along with a nice note from me that are GONE.  She received an empty envelope.  I will make it up to you!!

They each had a small pic of the outside of each coffee shop on the back also.

I claime Oodelally for her Japan theme. :-)

My name is Dawn.  I live in St. Louis, MO.  I love crafting, have become quickly addicted to ATCs.  I love the outdoors, gardening, reading, spending time with family and friends and most of the time I love work!

My themes:

quirky turtles or lizards
mystical or mythological (wide open theme, I like when the colors and other more subtle things support the theme/meaning)
tree of life
obscure holidays

New theme:  Tater Bug (our very special dog passed away this week, here are a few pics of her:

I am being lengthy I apologize, I just think it would be great to get a few that I can put together for my gf, Tater was her Mom's dog and her Mom passed away 5 years ago.   For the Tater Bug theme nothing sad like R.I.P.  etc, just cute stuff.  We called her Bug, Bug Bug, Tater Bug, Nug Bug, Nugget, Adventure Bug ....

Nothing political and no curse words please.

206  Owl, Linoleum Reduction Print. O so imperfect! in Other Image Reproduction Techniques: Completed Projects by SunnyDawn on: March 19, 2012 07:09:29 AM
Grey soft linoleum, don't know the brand, it was a large sheet bought at Art Mart in St. Louis, MO.

Speedball inks and carving tools.  No press just flipped the linoleum and matched up as best as I could.  :-)

207  Glass painting. More craft than art. in Glass Crafts: Completed Projects by SunnyDawn on: March 13, 2012 07:46:32 PM
My third attempt at glass painting.  These are two hand drawn/painted parakeets.  They "resemble" our parakeets Frankie and Georgie.

209  My First ATC's, what fun!! IMAGE HEAVY in Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) by SunnyDawn on: March 09, 2012 09:23:36 PM
And so on.... I AM ADDICTED

I turned several ATCs into thank you cards for friends that helped me celebrate my birthday.

In my opinion 5th try is a winner. So imperfect and yet I LOVE them.  Fourth try?

210  First Instant Book in Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by SunnyDawn on: March 05, 2012 07:04:34 AM
This is my first try at an Instant Book.  Made primarily with a Hallmark paper bag, corrugated cardboard from a coffee sleeve, scrap paper, ribbon and button.  I also used some rub on stickers (not sure what they are really called), a couple of Stampin Up stamps, black ink, and some magazine pages.  O an some miscellaneous thread and embroidery floss.
