Seriously though, its a fabulous belt. I plan on wearing it out for a night of extreme inebriation this wednesday (my boyfriend, with whom i am currently "taking a break"--really what the 'ell is that?--is moving out and i don't expect to be in my happy place--Ahhh...self medicating!)
while the self medicating can be great for short term (oh, is it ever good! but if you do it for too long, the belt REALLY won't fit!), what you need to do is start crocheting or knitting. honestly, crocheting kept me sane when my common law partner and i split up last summer. it's not that complicated that you need to pay a lot of attention, which is good when your brain is all fuzzy. but you do have to keep track of what you're doing, which gets your mind off of the stressful stuff. it took him 3 and a half weeks to move out, and i helped him move, along with his new partner. i made a lot of scarves and ponchos in those weeks!
the knitting/crocheting does help....but it also keeps my OCD self up waaaaaaaay into the wee hours!
