1  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Discussion and Questions / Storing Artwork Help on: July 20, 2011 12:45:03 PM
I have a few random sketches and such that are just loose pieces of paper. I'm trying to find something I can safely keep them in but I'm having problems finding anything since most sketch pads (and therefore my sketches) are bigger than
8.5 x 11.
2  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Re: Glee Swap on: April 12, 2010 07:36:17 PM
Bookmarked this swap. I LOVE Glee and would participate if I weren't already bogged down with other crafts I need to get done. I can't wait to see what people come up with!!!! If there's another swap later I will be more than willing to join!
3  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Discussion and Questions / Re: Homemade Calendar Question on: January 26, 2010 05:50:31 PM
perhaps brads would work. I had thought about stapling but then i realized the actual making of the calendar would get complicated (the top half of the page would be the picture i wanted for January while the bottom half would have to be the calendar for December) I could see myself screwing up a lot.
4  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Discussion and Questions / Homemade Calendar Question on: January 12, 2010 02:25:59 PM
As a late Christmas gift for friends I want to make a personalized calendar (wall hanging type), I just can't figure out how to bind the pages in a minimal cost way. Any ideas?
5  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Discussion and Questions / First time binding Chunky Pages Question on: September 30, 2009 01:54:18 PM
I've decided that i want to turn my chunky pages into a book, which i haven't done before. It's work in progress so I would need the binding to be something that I can easily add more pages to.
What methods are there? Which seem to be the best?

I love all the recently posted pages that are all terrific!

audio-astrophysics - I took pieces of different dragons that I found and combined them into one dragon that I drew. I originally tried drawing a dragon  just off the top of my head and it came out very odd. Smiley

Some pages that I have finished

My birds, this actually has a story to it (I'll try to keep it short). My mom walks everywhere. One dark, dreary day she returns home carrying a canary that she found on her way home. We happened to have a bird cage so we took it in and thanks to the circumstances that day we decided to call her  Sunshine. Fast forward a month later again my mom comes to the door, this time however she's carrying a wren that seemed to have fallen out of it's nest (it couldn't fly) so this one was named Moonbeam (to be a contrast to Sunshine). Sadly these aren't pictures of the actual birds, I couldn't find any good ones, So i had to borrow them from online but they looked just like them Smiley

And my dragon page, sorry no story here
10  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / Want to make my own Pin Up/Rockabilly clothes.... on: July 02, 2009 09:25:42 AM
I am planning a pin up style photo shoot with some of my friends, however after going through all my clothes I have realized I have NOTHING to fit the style. Funds are low now so no chance of buying and I am having a hard time finding how to or free patterns online.
Have any of you possibly come across anything that could help me?
