I made this blanket a month or so ago for samann1121's new baby.

I used this book http://www.amazon.com/Harmony-Guides-Knit-Purl-Stitches/dp/1596680563/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1243902846&sr=8-1 to find interesting textures.
I had trouble with
1) 2 of the squares curling and
2)making all the squares the same size
Any thoughts?
