Well, I feel devious for re-starting this old thread. Yay me!

On another note, I have found a Cthulhu amigurumi pattern! It isn't (in my opinion) as cool as this one, but it's still a nice pattern.

And another one! (Though, like the previous one, not as good as PerpetualHysteria's)

4  GLASS CRAFTS / Glass Crafts: Completed Projects / Re: My Butterfly Wing Ring. Mine, all Mine! on: March 24, 2009 08:39:01 AM
Oh gawd. I am such a sucker for dichroic glass! No matter what you do with it, it always turns out beautiful. Especially in fused pieces. And when it's over a black backdrop... it always takes my breath away. Blues, purples, aquas and greens are my personal favorites, especially when they fade to another color. Awesome piece.

Have fun wearing that out in public and brag about your very awesome glass prowess!  Grin You deserve it!!
5  GLASS CRAFTS / Glass Crafts: Completed Projects / Re: OOOooooOoOoOoh Cobalt Bubbles! Fused Glass Bubble Trouble! on: March 24, 2009 08:34:57 AM
Ok, first off, the necessary ooh-ing and aah-ing. OOOH, AAAH, PREEEEETTY! <3 I adore the bubbles combined with the color... so aquatic and peaceful and zen-like. Very awesome piece.

Next, TickleTickle, exactly what "chemical" is it that causes the bubbles? I want to try that!
6  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Re: *NOW WITH PHOTO TUTORIAL* A great way to use up scrap yarn! Brooches! on: March 24, 2009 08:29:22 AM
That right there is a brilliant idea! I love the flowers and the way they look like arrangements.

Actually... I can see those becoming wall-hangings, corsages... lots of various uses! GENIUS!  Cheesy

I know this thread is ancient (2007? This is 2009!), but I simply MUST comment on it!

This... this is an amazing piece of amazing-filled-awesomeness. I mourn that you don't have a pattern for us. Perhaps you could tell us what existing plushie patterns you used? Perhaps I might be able to make some sort of version with a pattern.

Or could you maybe count stitches (if you loved us that much, that is) for us? That takes lots of time, so don't feel compelled to. Or you could take several high-quality/zoomed-in pictures from different angles and then WE could count stitches...

Yeah. I'm just rambling and brainstorming here. Feel free to ignore me. Cheesy
