111  QUILTING / Quilting: Completed Projects / Raggedy Ann Quilt on: February 02, 2010 03:16:16 PM
I made this quilt for my youngest granddaughter. The Raggedy Ann in the middle is a doll I simply cut in half. I made up the pattern. I hope you like it. Thanks for looking.
Sorry the photos are so dark.

112  QUILTING / Quilting: Completed Projects / Horse Wallhanging on: February 01, 2010 01:17:03 PM
I made this for my older daughter who has decorated her home in a western theme. It is made with scraps from sewing projects. It was my first try following a pattern. It has one blaring mistake but she has never admitted to noticing it.

113  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / O.M. Sock Monkey on: January 31, 2010 09:37:06 AM
I am a basketball nut and my team is the Orlando Magic. I found this set consisting of the basketball socks in a change purse. The change purse was half ball and the rest clear plastic. I cut off the basketball part to use as the hat and salvaged the zipper like a good little go greener. I hope you like the little guy.

114  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Remnant T. Rabbit on: January 30, 2010 08:09:27 AM
Remy for short Wink. I have had this remnant for about a year now. Everytime I went to use it, it was too small for the project. I decided to wing it and Remy was born.

115  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / One more sock cat on: January 26, 2010 02:21:41 PM
At least I call it a cat. My middle granddaughter says it's a mouse. Since I made it for her, she can call it whatever she wants.

The socks came from the Dollar tree. Do you see the cats on the arms?

116  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / super pig on: January 26, 2010 08:37:13 AM
I made this just for fun but my granddaughter immediately claimed it.

117  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Not really my thing on: January 24, 2010 01:46:20 PM
My daughter asked me to make this but I actually pretty much hate it. I can't wait to get it out of here. Sad I hope she likes it but I will never make another one. I like to make cutesy type sock animals.

And this is how he met his end Grin

118  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / sock kitty on: January 23, 2010 08:50:01 AM
My youngest grand daughter likes to put in her order for things I should make her. This is a sock cat. I hope this is right or else I will get a phone call Grin

119  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Boy, did I mess up on: January 20, 2010 10:52:12 AM
I love this little pattern http://weewonderfuls.typepad.com/wee_wonderfuls/store/pointykitty.html but I kept messing up. I cut something wrong, ran out of fabric and could not get the head on right. I also didn't stuff enough. All my own fault. Here is this poor sad little kitty
