1  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Discussion and Questions / Very silly question: Can I bake clay with eye pins in it? on: June 23, 2009 10:01:17 PM
Hey Everyone!

I'm obviouslly a newbie to polymer clay...I don't really know anything...

I made a neclace with little charms and...prepare for the silly question...can I bake them with the eye pins in the clay?

I would think that's okay, but I just want to make sure.
If if is okay, are the eye pins more secure because of the baking?

Thanks!
~Madison
2  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / ANCHORS AWAY bag (my first post EVER on Craftster) on: March 13, 2009 02:42:32 PM
Hey Everyone!

So I'm pretty much a Craftster stalker  Wink , but I finally decided to join! I've been looking at everyone's AMAZING projects for about a year, so here we go: My first post on craftster!  Shocked

I made this bag for my cousin (she loves nautical stuff) for her 16th b-day. I used red-heart sport yarn, double stranded throughout, except for the anchor. I wanted to keep this SOOO bad after I made it, but I did take some pictures!

The Marvelous bag:

The handles:

Close-up on the anchor (which was quite something to sew on)

And on me:

Sorry all of the pictures are blurry, my camera is stupid.
(and I got the pattern from Crochet Today magazine)
What do you think?
