YEAHHHH I got my package today from Pantsafari (Lois) (well technically yesterday I'm guessing. I forgot to check the mail *facepalm*)

First, it looks like Christmas, which made me REALLY excited!

I was making earring last night and seriously ran out of head pins. SUper awesome irony.

Amazing paper journal with all types of wonderful paper inside:

And last, a wonderful embroidered bird of my favorite colors.

Lois, you're amazing! I love everything so much. I can't even explain how thankful I am. Thank you for the pick me up!

LOL. No you arent in trouble! and I dont mind at all. The whole thing with sending late is to make sure your partner and the organizers know whats going on (so they dont think youre flaking) other than that- sending a little late is very normal. (especially when weather is involved!)

Phew! Thanks Smiley

We're in the middle of a crazy snow storm so I couldn't make it to the post office today...ahh...I feel horrible. I hope it's okay. I'm going to try my hardert to get it sent tomorrow if I can get out of the house!
(as a first time swapper, what do I do? Am I going to get in trouble? Eee, I'm scared!)

Hi Everyone!

Just checking in (I'm totally scatterbrained and haven't done that at all yet. Bad Madison!). I'm really struggling right now, but I hope everyone is doing okay.

I was "done" with one of my projects but I really don't like it so I think I'm trashing that idea.
But my other idea is going well so far.

I feel so new and unsure about this whole swap process, but it's awesome that we all join together to do this amazing this for one another!  Smiley

27  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Beads: Completed Projects / Re: beaded DNA with tutorial! (muchas imgenes) on: July 15, 2010 09:48:29 PM
I just finished making myself a pair! I couldn't find my thin wire, so I had to use 24 gauge. Ak. That was tricky. So they don't look quite as cool, but I really like them still!

Thanks so much for the idea/tutorial!
