I want those mittens! Wait no, let me rephrase that. I need those mittens! Those are simply amazing.

Well my partner received but I assume is too busy to post pics of what I sent her. So I'll just post some myself.

Well last night I received from tabooCREATIONS. When I got the box I was in shock. Such a big box and I already knew she out did herself.
First off, this sweet mug she decorated herself with totoro sittin in a tree.

Theres some japanese writing on it. not sure what it says though?
And then this saucer/tray it came with decorated with soot sprites.

All the loot. With my favorite. The GINORMOUS Totoro which she made and said she loved so much she made one herself.

next to him is a wall decal which says "cupcake, n: a smile with frosting on it." I'm totally putting it up in my new place this fall.  heres a close up of what it should look like.

and the extras.

Thank you so much Isis! The package I sent to you does not even compare to all this. I love everything!!!

5  my wittle octopi in Polymer Clay: Completed Projects by ellieinwonderland on: June 22, 2009 03:25:21 PM
well technically they aren't "octo"pus since they only have 5 legs. Dont know what a 5 legged octopus would be called.
Anyway I went to a camp last week and was a counselor over 7 girls and wanted to make them all something. So I made these charms and put them on necklaces. pictures aren't that great but I thought I'd share.
And here is the where I got the tutuorial. http://oborochann.deviantart.com/art/Octopus-Charm-Tutorial-45828570 Instead of painting each one I used different colors of clay.

tell me what you think.  Smiley

First of yesterday I checked the DC at like 12 in the morning so technically at 12 this morning and it said it had reached my hometown so there was a possibility it made it to my mail box and so I asked my mom if she checked the mail and she had but earlier in the day so I booked it outside at like 12 in the morning, of course it was still light haha, and I wasn't trying to get my hopes up but couldnt help it and there lo and behold was the package. man was I excited. So I took it home and then decided to wait until morning to open it which I did and here are my goodies.  Very Image Heavy.  And I could have taken more haha.  Be jealous. Cheesy

8  Domo kun in Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects by ellieinwonderland on: April 30, 2009 02:18:52 AM
So for my boyfriend's birthday I made him a domokun from a tutorial I found here:
http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=218028.0
Although I made this one bigger. And since brown fleece is not in stock this time of year anywhere I bought some cuddle fleece I found in the baby fabric section at joann fabrics.

before he had arms attached, (both my mom and dad said he looked like a brown tooth ha)

and after he magically grew arms!

haha and dont you love how his right side is shorter than his left. of course my boyfriend noticed but loves him.

9  owl owl in Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects by ellieinwonderland on: April 20, 2009 03:51:21 PM
So I saw a stuffed owl on here that I wanted but they're for sell and seeing how Im jobless and without a credit card there was no way to buy it. So I went on the quest to make my own. Which I did and its actually not for me its for my boyfriend.
I was surprised that I found a fabric almost just like the one I was going off of.

isnt he just a cutie? I hope the boyfran likes him.

credit goes to loveandasandwhich who made the original and is one of the best and my fav "stuffers" haha.

10  its Monstro!!! in Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects by ellieinwonderland on: March 14, 2009 02:30:58 AM
recently I have been infatuated with all the crafts. especially the stuffed animals. so I made my first one today. His name is monstro and he wasn't too difficult to make although it did test my patience but my boyfriend helped calm me down. he's fat. haha. and I cant wait to make more.

Monstro

I got the idea and tute from maddiekins here http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=83379.0
the tute was a little confusing but my madre helped some and we figured it out. i dont think he was too bad for my first. and we didnt have quite enough stuffing so I ended up cutting up some quilting batting into little squares and using those.

ps. bogus that you have to post 10 times in a forum before you can post pictures. oh well there's the links.
