A papercutting of a mermaid that I did based upon this sculpture: http://media-cache-ec0.pinimg.com/736x/5a/08/2d/5a082de345da219e32ba504955f3daea.jpg ( I could not find the name of the artist, but I wanted to give credit where it is due)

The papercutting is 6 inches long and made out of teal cardstock.  I hope you like it!
5  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Shrinky Dink post earrings (A bit pic heavy) on: September 15, 2014 05:43:08 AM
I made these about a year ago but I just now got around to photograph them.  They colored pencil on shrinky dinks, sealed with Triple Thick Glaze to make them shiny.

6  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / Paper cutting that I did for a friends wedding on: September 13, 2014 12:01:34 PM
I did this one back in May for my friends handfasting.  I modded this design (http://media-cache-ec0.pinimg.com/736x/32/71/c5/3271c5dd1de2e7b3c34a36d6ec152054.jpg) by taking out the church steaple since they didn't have their wedding in a church, adding another heart to fill in the blank space, and changing the date to reflect their wedding date.  I hope that you like it!
7  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / Conch shell paper cutting on: September 13, 2014 11:44:35 AM
I haven't posted in a while so I figured I should get back into the swing of things.
Here is a quick paper cutting of a conch shell that I did today.  The cutting itself measures 2.5 inches by 1.5 inches.  I hope you all enjoy!
8  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Tiny Leather Pouch Necklace on: February 10, 2013 04:42:46 PM
Here is the tiny pouch necklace that I made for hgddm for the Jar of Whimsies rd 10 swap.  All in all, it is about 1.25 inches by 1.25 inches big.  It is made of hand-stitched blue leather that I painted with bronze paint and I added a black pearl button for a closure.  I hope you enjoy it!

9  FIBER ARTS / Felting: Completed Projects / Felted Teddy Bear on: February 10, 2013 03:46:58 PM
A little teddy bear that I felted for my fiance for his birthday.  He is about 4 inches long.  Isn't he cute?
10  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Pottery, Ceramics, etc: Completed Projects / Craft Porcelain Ornament on: February 10, 2013 03:27:45 PM
This is my first venture into clay in a very long time.  Since one of my specialties is paper cutting, I decided that I would use the same technique to do a Victorian-inspired piece.  The purple is just the box that I shipped it in.  I hope that you enjoy it.
