1  CRAFTING FOR GOOD AND NOT EVIL / Crafty Charitable/Social Causes / Crafting a float for an Animal Shelter. Needing ideas on: August 25, 2009 11:28:05 AM
Hey-o All,

I am an Animal Control Officer for my local shelter. I have volunteered to craft our float this year for the community's Labor Day Parade. BIG DEAL in my area. Anywho, I'm in need of some ideas.

My wonderful boyfriend has volunteered his pickup for the event. I was thinking of making his vehicle into a dog or cat. I was thinking water noodles for whiskers, cardboard for ears, and styrofoam for a nose.

Any ideas or suggestions welcome. Thank you for any input!!!!!
