1  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: KOMBAT, my graduating collection on: May 16, 2012 11:46:10 AM
I really love the dress with the little vest. Very nice!
2  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: apocalypse dress ( and new feather extensions ) on: May 16, 2012 11:43:27 AM
Love it! I think the only thing about it I don't like is the animal print, because I hate animal print. But, it works well in the dress anyways. Beautiful!

It's beautiful! I think the trial and error added to it all. Sometimes dying and redying does things to the fabric that you would never expect, and that you can't quite reproduce in fewer steps.
4  REUSING/RECYCLING/RECRAFTING / Where To Find Things To Recycle / Re: Freecycle is incredible. on: May 12, 2012 11:26:58 PM
I just joined freecycle! I had forgotten all about it. I had an account a couple years ago but never used it. Hopefully I can get rid of a few things (still going through my late grandparents things) and get a few neat things too!
5  California / California: South / Re: Indie Los Angeles? on: May 12, 2012 11:03:19 PM
I'm in! I haven't found anything quite like that. I'm not exactly in LA though, I'm out in Riverside.
6  California / California: South / shops that sell handmade goods? on: April 26, 2012 11:50:09 AM
I just moved back to socal, and I have no idea where to sell my handmade goods.I used to sell at a great place in Cincinnati, and I'm hoping I can find something out here. Anyone know of some good shops? I'm in Riverside, but I don't mind driving if I have to to check out shops.

7  Ohio / Ohio: Southwest / Re: What's wrong with Cincinnati? on: September 08, 2009 11:23:39 AM
I could say there are a few things wrong with Cinci, one of them being a lack of any major craft community. There is a definite emphasis on fitting in, which I think dampens the crafts community. I know that it definitely dampens the fashion world here. I can't say I've seen one small clothing boutique. But if you would be interested in putting something together I would join in. I craft myself, and also would even just help organize if needed.  email me! briliantlyfreakish@hotmail.com
