I need help finding a good, and preferably not so expensive flush wire cutter.  I have had 2 already that are supposed to be flush cutters but they leave a tiny peak; they will not leave the wire completely flat.  I have heard of the Tronex 7223 but its more than $50! Im getting desperate, please help! Huh
Anticipated thanks! Grin
