11  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Uniform Shirt repurposed into a pillow on: May 17, 2009 02:33:57 PM
I recently graduated from nursing school. (yaaaayyyy!!!!)  Grin
I wanted to turn my nursing uniform shirt into something else, so I decided to create a souvenir pillow for my bed.

This is the shirt

And this is my new pillow.
I included my school's embroidered logo, the original buttons, and one of the pockets on the front.

The back of the pillow was made using the pleated section on the back of the shirt.

I hope you like my pillow as much as I do!  Let me know what you think.
