Nothing weird about fixing it up.  Good work!

Been working on this shawl in little chunks for ... a while.  But it didn't use nearly as much yarn as I expected.  Now I just need a shawl clip so I can give them to a sweet, older lady in my neighborhood.  Don't think I have anything in my stash to make that though.

FYI  It's the free pyttipanna shawl pattern with some fudging and modifications.

Sent and received!  Emilywilde made a great dotee to start our gallery!

I received from emilywilde!  She chose honeycomb from my list.  And how clever to use a knit honeycomb cable for the body.  And the cute, little, silver bees were from her stash!

This is my first dotee with one of these serene faces.  I really love the contented peace they portray.  Glad I finally have one to watch over my crafting bench.

Thank you emilywilde!

7  QUILTING / Quilting: Completed Projects / Re: Paper Pieced Bee Hexagon Pouch on: August 28, 2015 06:37:50 AM
It's lovely.  And what a nice idea of how to use a small piece.  I always want to try patterns, but don't want to commit to a whole quilt.

I've been admiring this pattern.  Nice to see it all made up.  And thanks for all the details/review on your blog.

This looks so super comfy without losing any style points.  Have fun in the Keys!  (How could you not, while wearing this!)
