2  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Screen Printing: Discussion and Questions / Help With Print Gooco! on: December 24, 2005 10:35:09 AM
I just got my mom a print gooco for her birthday and yesterday we finally got around to trying to use it to make our holiday cards.  Everything was going great until we went to flash the image onto the screen.  The  bulbs wouldn't go off.  We tried all of the trouble shooting tips from the manual but none of it seemed to work.  Does anyone have any tips that could help us figure out how to make the bulbs go off or could someone perhaps tell us what we are doing wrong? Thanks!

Glad you liked the stuff girlwonder.  Sorry I've been gone for a few days, guys, but my computer decided to crash on Saturday leaving me computer less for a few days (in the middle of midterms no less).  I finallly got a new laptop ( a super pretty ibook that I love after having a really crappy PC laptop).  Anyways, just wanted to let you guys know that I'm going to update the send/recieve list and other stuff today and if you need to get a hold of me about anything I can now get back to you really quick.

Here are the magnets of the Smiths album covers (already on my fridge I might add):

And my favorite a Morrissey bag:

This stuff is so awesome!  I can't wait to show my friends.  They are going to be so jealous!  I can't wait to see what everyone else gets too and I hope that everyone is as happy as me so that we can have a part 2!

I'm glad that some people are into this idea.  I think that when I post sign ups, more people will be interested.  I think that I may start sign ups next Monday after I get back from my vacation.

I choose seaofstars and I'm going to make her silver dangle earrings!

1. Some handspun yarn

2. Some sort of a beginning crochet kit so I can learn how to crochet

3. Handmade sketch book

4. Some 1 inch buttons/pins

5. Tattoo themed fabrics

6. Crocheted snood (words cant express how much I love these)

7. Roll up knitting needles case

8. Lots of colorful lace and ribbon to use for my sewing and t-shirt reconstruction

9. Lots of colorful glass beads

10. Handmade knitting needles

11. Beginning origami kit so I can learn to do this

Colors I love: purple, red, black, hot pink, emerald green, etc.  The only colors I dont really care for are yellow and orange.

10  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / W&T Help? on: October 06, 2005 06:34:26 PM
So I have working on Knitty's Mariposa for a while when I ran into a part that I'm really confused by.  The pattern says for the short row bust darts:

If desired, work short-row bust darts as follows:
Row 1: Work to last 2 sts, w&t.
Row 2: Work to last 2 sts, w&t
Row 3: Work to 2 sts before previous wrap; w&t.
Repeat Row 3 until required number of short rows (including Rows 1 & 2) have been worked.

How exactly would I do this?
