1  CRAFTSTER CRAFT CHALLENGES / CHALLENGE 117 ENTRIES / Re: First Homemade Gingerbread House on: January 06, 2017 08:42:39 AM
Okay so the house is 4 inches deep by 3 inches wide by 4 inches tall. So not super mini but the pattern I had for the house said to enlarge by 200% and I was like no thanks I will make little house. I glade you guys like it!! I had fun making it. I think it has been a good 4 to 6 years since I last decorated a gingerbread house and that was one of those kits so I had fun with this.
2  CRAFTSTER CRAFT CHALLENGES / CHALLENGE 117 ENTRIES / First Homemade Gingerbread House on: January 04, 2017 03:20:45 PM
So I was going to make this gingerbread house for fun and I happened to check Craftster and look a gingerbread house contest!! Okay so this is my first gingerbread house that is all homemade. Which is weird since I have made gingerbread cookies for the last few years. So I decided to get it all finished and I made this nice mini gingerbread house!

3  QUILTING / Quilting: Completed Projects / Re: First quilt I finished (mostly) by myself!! on: July 28, 2016 05:43:24 PM
Thanks!!! I have been half in the addiction for a few years now.  Cheesy   I have another quilt that I started about ten years ago that I need to finish the binding (doing that one by hand this one I used the machine because it would take me forever otherwise). The pattern is the Lazy Goose by I believe Running Doe Quilts (the pattern is back at mom's shop so I had to look it up and that's the group that was with it right away). And thanks I like the colors too. I am not a huge yellow/pink color person but I think grey is becoming my favorite color. And I thought yellow, pink, and grey would all go well together and be a nice color combo to have in a new place since she is starting to think about living on her own.
4  QUILTING / Quilting: Completed Projects / First quilt I finished (mostly) by myself!! on: July 27, 2016 02:08:59 PM
So I decided at the beginning of the summer after I got back from school to make my best friend a quilt. Since her and I are both 20/21 I knew I wanted to do something that would work for her to have when she has her own place. So I went with yellow, grey, and pink for the colors. I didn't do all of the quilting, because my dad's quilter doesn't like me (or I need to work on my quilting).
5  Craft Swaps / ARCHIVE OF SWAPS THAT ARE TOTALLY FINISHED / Re: Coloring Page Swap (SU 2/28/16-3/13/16; SO 3/29/16) on: February 28, 2016 04:40:21 PM
Oh this would be such a fun swap!! But I don't think my drawing skills are quite good enough to make coloring pages.  Undecided
6  QUILTING / Quilting: Completed Projects / Re: lion king paper pieced baby quilt on: January 05, 2016 09:33:05 AM
This is a really fun quilt! Lion King is one of my favorite nonprincess disney movie and you did such a great job with making this quilt. I have never paper pieced and i dont plan on trying it any time soon, but i might have to rethink that now...

What a cute dragon!
8  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / More doodles on: June 27, 2015 11:40:26 AM
Here are a few more doodles. Again I looked up simple drawings on google to draw from. I think the wolf is my favorite one out of these.
9  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / Doodle of a fairy on: June 22, 2015 06:57:49 PM
I have been practicing drawing more (since I'm not that great at drawing). I looked up simple fairies to draw on google since I can't really draw stuff from my head  Tongue *le sigh* I am actually quite happy with how this came out. The big thing is proportions and then working on drawing legs and arms a bit better. But otherwise I am pretty happy with how it turned out.
