This is amazing. I love that you went with something other than the traditional white. I just adore the tie as well. Great job.

1966  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Re: Doll for my grandaughter on: March 06, 2009 06:42:47 AM
Great doll I bet she will love it. Thanks for the hair tutorial I am gonna have to try it. Thank you. Did you have to alter the dora pattens much to get it to work on your doll? I love that pattern I keep wanting to make her but then other things get done first. I will have to move her to the top of the list.
1967  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Re: Sunny Tote on: March 06, 2009 06:32:17 AM
I just love this, makes me want to go for a nice beach day. What yarn did you use. I just love it and have to have one for my self. Great improve on the pattern. I almost never follow a pattern exactly. I usually change it to better suit me. Great job and thanks for sharing.

WOW How long did this take you and your hands must have been so sore.
And how large is it. It is just stunning. But seriously how did you protect you hands or did you just buy stock in bandaids?
1970  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Rust monster on: March 03, 2009 04:34:09 PM
So my husband plays D&D and issued me a challenge last year. He wanted a rust monster and proceeded to look through all my patterns and picked parts from about 5 different patterns to have me Frankenstein together. So I told him to forget it and did it secretly and gave it to him as a surprise. He has been bugging me to post it so here it is.

Not my favorite creation but he loves it.
