2  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Re: Granny blanket finally completed! on: January 19, 2010 07:37:26 PM
You know my DH used to think I am utterly obsessed and crazy over yarn... that is until I just showed him your blanket.  His reply, "Ok huney now I will believe you when you say you really dont have that much yarn!  Just please dont get any crazy ideas and make something like that."
In other words that is a awesome blanket/ghan/space heater lol!  I think it is absolutely wonderful and gorgeous even how all those different colors work so well together. P.S. he doesn't know I have been working on a blanket made of 225 squares. MUHAHA! HE will never know till I get it put together!  MUHAHA! Grin Grin

6  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Re: The Baby Blanket That Nearly Killed Me! on: December 26, 2009 06:13:32 AM
wow that is gorgeous!  I just finished a 5point star blanket that ended up being 5 1/2 ft from point to point and I thought that killed me!  I glad to see it didnt end up in the frog pond because your blanket was well worth it.
Congrats on a beautiful project completed!
