Wow everyone has been so busy, there is so much awesomeness to see. It has been keeping me cheery through some down days.

I am nearly back with the world, had to unexpectedly move house and will be getting wifi installed on Tuesday next week.  Being low-tech is a bit odd these days. What can one pro-crastinate over if the internet is withheld!! (Unpacking is the answer of late).

As a result of my changing circumstances I am totally behind and have completed nothing crafty over the last month, so feel behind.  Oh well, the weather is improving so hopefully I can start sitting out in the evenings with a glass of wine and 'make stuff'.

Ok, it seems like I will not be trying those!!! S'mores that is

I don't like chocolate. Sad

Do Graham crackers have honey in them? Or are they like 'cream crackers' in the UK? Wikipedia says they have honey.

I don't like honey. Sad

But, I do like toasted marshmallows  Grin

I'm just popping in to say I am likely to be awol for a while.  I am having to suddenly find somewhere new to live and deal with an unexpected change in personal circumstances.

Hopefully I will be back soon with a strong comeback.

Keep the awesome stuff happening.

AIMR - I feel suitably told now.  Make stuff - I am on it.

Currently making a winter jumper for the incoming warmer weather - not very seasonally appropriate but hey. I am having a break from swaps so that I can try and get on with some wips, like that will happen - I get sidetracked with new projects too easily!  Roll Eyes

Here's one I finished up and sent to Sylvan as part of her stocking, I'm hoping they arrived by now (they were sent late):

I frogged these about 4 times before 'getting it'. Sad

Felt penguin, bookmark & skull

Pretty mini quilt

Thank you, I love it and am now happy to say I have purple nails!!

9  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / The Swap Gallery / Re: Prayer Flag Swap R5: New Year, New Inspiration: Gallery of Goodies on: March 03, 2015 12:18:19 PM
I have just looked back over the amazing flags that have been received so far, there is so much inspiration in this swap.  I have loved seeing how the themes have played out across the sets of flags and the talent displayed.

I noticed our group had been carefully put together with similar themes, likes / dislikes, even down to the (mostly) anti-pink.

@Smmarrt - I chuckled to myself when creating your avatar image on your flag and then again when you had drawn it on the accompanying note Smiley (Sorry I missed your nose!)

I am going to string mine up and get a picture of them all together.

I have received my final flag from Artsycandice, more purpley / green goodness with teeny tiny beads in the centre of the squares, beautiful:

Thank you to all my partners, the flags are awesome and this was a great introduction to prayer flags.  I really enjoyed this swap.  And thanks to stellato_escuro for your organising.
