1  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / A winter's worth of scarves, hats & shawls - lotsa pics! on: April 06, 2010 12:57:04 PM
I didn't take any pics over the winter because I really prefer to take them outdoors.  So I've stocked up!  The details on all of these can be found on my ravelry page, http://www.ravelry.com/projects/kellyrenee77so I'll just post the best pics.  Hope it's not too much all at once!!

First up, hats:
Purple with a scarf

Similar hat & different scarf in black:

And same hat again in green.  It's a little too loud for me, I haven't worn it much.

Now for some shawls:

This one's huge so I can wear it many ways.

These I made with sock yarn instead of the recommended worsted or bulky to make more of an oversized scarf.

And finally, here are a few scarves:

I love him, especially the little hat!  So cute!
3  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Re: new hat, new stitch! Wave Break hat on: March 22, 2010 10:17:23 AM
It's great, I love it!  The flecks of color in the yarn are great too!
4  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Re: Hairpin lace scarf - first time making hairpin lace on: February 22, 2010 09:14:06 AM
It looks good, very similar to a pattern I saw in a book just yesterday.  I didn't know you needed a loom though until I looked at the instructions.  For some reason, I thought you'd use hairpins!  lol

5  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Re: Star Wars Mini Amigurumi - lots of images! on: February 18, 2010 01:12:12 PM
If I get fired for looking at the internet at work, it's all your fault, cuz when I got to that ewok with the toothpick spear I *had* to go "hee, hee, hee, how cute!" right out loud!  They are all excellent!
6  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Give me a go/no go for launch: Crochet Space Shuttle!! on: February 17, 2010 09:28:11 AM
It's fabulous!  Especially that you did the hard part of making it to scale.  That's like maths and stuff!   Cheesy
7  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Re: In which I make EVEN MORE STUFF on: February 07, 2010 05:01:14 PM
I love them all but that scarf to match the hat in those BRIGHT colors is my favorite!

Totally cute idea!  Makes a great vase!
9  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / The xmas presents I remembered to take pics of....purse, hat, afghan, etc on: February 07, 2010 04:51:48 PM
I made so much stuff in December for presents.  Here are most of them.  A few I forgot to take pics of.

First, a purse made for a friend's daughter.  I didn't line it so she's supposed to let me know how it does with no lining.

A blue pair of gloves.  These were very awkward to make, not sure I want to make more.

Next on our list is a hat, scarf and handwarmer set.

Action shot!

And last but not least, a mini afghan for my mom.  I wasn't so sure of her color choices at the store but the finished product is great I think.

I think the button eyes are adorable.  Someday when I have all the projects done I want to try (hahaha) I will attempt dolls and elephants are first on the list.  I love elephants!
