Thanks for all the wonderful comments! I too am drooling thinking about eating it!
I used a 10 inch spring foam pan. ( i love how you are able to just pop the sides of the pan off!)
The raspberry glaze was very simple, I just melted down a jar of jam!
And i will find a link to the recipe to post here!

You know i have so many cook books i have never even used one recipe out of!
The only one i use is my first edition Betty Crocker!!! It was printed in 1950 and has the best desserts in it! The only problem is that there is a typo on the pie crusts in the conversion from single crust to a 2 crust pie- but thats easily fixable!
I made a baked custard last night out of it and it was absolutely delicious!
