I'm always weary of collaged furniture - but this was done very nicely. The comic panels were cut out with clean edges and they have a uniform aged tint to them. All in all, a great end result - not sloppy or messy.

Thanks so much, that is exactly what I wanted to achieve.

that's really cool!  I really want to do that with sheet music now. . .
You should totally do that. That would look so awesome!

I usually don't find much at our thrift stores, but this was a once in a lifetime thing, haha!

The fact that you simply printed the design yourself versus buying expensive paper makes me like the dresser even more than I did initially.

Cost savvy crafting always rules.

Hey, that's the only kind of crafting I do! Smiley

It really only cost me about $7-9.

omg.

my heart.... it aches for a dresser like this!
this is seriously beautiful! do not change the handles!!!

it has that same feeling i get when i look at photos on decor8 (http://decor8blog.com/)
everytime i see something so chic yet girly it makes me want to cry. i HATE sharing my house with a BOY (aka husband). he'd never ever let me have "frou frou" things.... so our house remains boring. mod but in the sense of logical dark furniture, straight lines and minimalist.

borrring.

but seriously, you got a rocks from me. i love love love it!!!!

Thank you so so much! I took a look at that website, they have some pretty things. Smiley

I, too, live with a husband. He was actually the inspiration for this dresser because he loves all things Victorian! He loved the way it turned out. I like the minimalist look, but I have to have pieces that stand out. Conversation pieces, etc. Maybe you could decorate the inside of a closet for yourself? Turn it into a little private chic boutique. Smiley
