1  SEWING IN GENERAL / Sewing Machines: Discussion and Questions / beginner with bobbin problems:/ on: October 19, 2009 04:25:31 PM
I've started sewing and I'm having an awful time with the bobbin. Well, I think its the bobbin anyhow... anyways the problem is the loops arent tightening and are all bunching up and it's very strange. I've never had this problem with my sewing machine before so please any advice wouldbe so helpful.
thank you in advance

Well, I started off with this project trying to do a knock of but that...let's just say. Didnt happen but as I sewed it morphed into this i think its cute enough. Second successful sewing project. First successful recon. how'd i do?

Also wondering if putting some cupcake appliques on the back where the white is would look nice or crowd it?

6  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Discussion and Questions / newbie with question thats probably stupid on: June 10, 2009 10:33:36 AM
I couldn't find anything on this...so maybe I'm the only one who has this problem?
I'm using sculpey clay and i made the cutest little dinosaur  in blue and bright pink and I baked and baked it because it wouldn't set. then after 30 minutes(when according to the package mine should have taken less then 15 minutes) of baking i decided id have to take it out and then my colors were so dark and un-cute and it still doesn't feel like its set because its kinda bendy D:?
why did this happen to my innocent little dinosaur?
