My hair - it's been pink for about six years now.  (Ignore the crazy pose, I'm showing off a shawl I knitted.)

Sewerrat - Thanks!  I used colorway #74.  It's got lots of different shades of pink in it (and thus I was naturally attracted to it).

Here are my Hurry Up Spring armwarmers . . . I reversed the chart and lined up the stripes and everything!  Plus, they really did make spring hurry up and come to Philly.

Princess Jazz,

Those are totally cute!  I have pair of fingerless mitts that I love and wear all the time.  They've actually replaced my mittens in terms of winter hand-wear.

This is my Brioche Stitch Hat.  It was definitely really challenging.  I think that the description of how to do the stitch in the book is not very good, because I had to rip out my first attempt at it about ten rows in.

SassyLassy - I think it would be not that much more difficult to knit knee-high socks.  The only really tricky part to socks is the heel.

I used size threes.  My gauge was about 6 stitches per inch.

I made these socks using Lion Brand Magic Stripe in Jellybean, and a pattern from The Knitters Handy Book of Patterns.  I love how the stripes turned out!
