This is such a cute idea - and it turned out amazing!
22  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Weddings and Bridal Showers / Re: Looking for help on bouquets for a winter wedding! on: February 13, 2009 05:38:33 AM
I just finished my bouquet for my wedding in April, and our colors are white & blue.  I created a ribbon rose bouquet.  I can't post pictures yet (still too new), but as soon as I up my posts I'll show it here.  It took me a while, because it was the first time I ever tried ribbon roses & I think I picked a more difficult way to make them than what I've seen here.

This is such a cute idea - I'd love to try this!

Did you print on the transparent paper on a regular printer, or did you have to go to a printing place like Kinko's?

This is such a great idea.  Thank you for the link to patterns - I think I'm going to try this out too!
25  NEWS AND DISCUSSION ABOUT CRAFTSTER / Introduce Yourself / New from Georgia :) on: February 12, 2009 06:17:05 AM
Hey everyone!

My name is Sarah, I live in metro Atlanta, and I'm brand new to Craftster & fairly new to the whole crafting world.  I've always liked to create things when I was young & since I met my fianc, I got back into the crafting spirit.  Ive started to scrapbooking & working on paper crafts over the last couple years & I do all sorts of odds & ends projects.  Right now Im creating a lot of stuff for my wedding in April. My fianc is very talented, so he helps me out a lot with my crafts & creates beautiful pieces of art.  Hes working on a few paintings right now for our new house.

Ive gotten so many great ideas from this site so far & cant wait to get to know everyone!  Cheesy
