1  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: Space Dress on: February 05, 2014 10:45:34 AM
This dress is...STELLAR!  Grin
What an awesome fabric, and I loooove Simplicity 1755.  I used view B for a Halloween dress last year, and was also pleasantly surprised by pockets.  The sleeveless version is so cute on you, I'll have to try it out for a summer dress!
2  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Completed Projects / Re: Fleece Panda Hoodie on: October 10, 2011 04:39:35 PM
I wanted to try and say something constructive, but all my brain can manage to process is AHHHH SO CUTE!  Love it!
3  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: my first clothing line! (picture explosion) on: January 28, 2011 09:54:30 PM
I can't believe I JUST saw this post for the first time Shocked You two did beautiful work!  I love the idea, and the execution is breathtaking (I'm sorry to sound so cheesy...but I'm so in awe of this project!)  The the antique furniture concept is easy to see, and I'm still gasping at the fact that the garments are all made from repurposed materials.  You go, ladies!
4  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: 11th doctor outfit - vest, fitted shirt, skirt - updated 10/3 - new pics! on: December 04, 2010 09:57:13 PM
This is such a great outfit!   Nice work on fitting that men's shirt, especially.  The puff sleeves with the contrasting bands are way cute.  And that bow tie?  MAN IT'S COOL.
5  CLOTHING / Shoes: Completed Projects / Re: Harry Potter & Voldemort on: November 22, 2010 06:23:51 PM
These kicks are flipping awesome!  The illustrations are excellent, and I love the inclusion of the Deathly Hallows pattern.  Well done!
6  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: Cat Scarf [img heavy-ish] on: November 03, 2010 09:33:04 AM
Nnngh so cute!  Making the head a pocket was brilliant  Shocked  I'm really glad the template was useful!
7  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Re: messenger bag on: August 20, 2010 11:44:47 PM
That print is so bold and fabulous!  The bag looks very sturdy and the construction is so clean.  Her classmates will definitely ask where she bought such an awesome bag!  Grin
8  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Re: Oh, clutches! (a little bit photo-plump) on: August 20, 2010 11:38:38 PM
Thank you both!  DanniJo85, I also love the cat applique.  I saw it in pink at JoAnn's the other day, too!

OH MY GOD----a pog! I haven't heard anyone talk about pogs since I was 12.  I bet most people on here are too old or too young to remember them. haha, I got a good nostalgic laugh with that.

Anywho, great clutches. They are all very cute. Do you sell them or just have a giant stash at home?

Aah, yes!  High five for remembering the pog phenomenon!  I have this gigantic stash of pogs left over from when they were big.  I'm slowly turning them all into jewelry  Cheesy

I sell most of what I make (or I try to, at least).  I definitely have quite the collection for myself, though.  It's totally not an addiction to purses or anything, honest...
9  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Re: Art Is My Bag, Baby ;) on: August 20, 2010 12:49:35 PM
All hand sewn?  You rock!  The project is a great idea.  I've seen sketchbook covers and pencil rolls, but you combined the two into one very clever bag!

I recently went nuts on my remnants stash and ended up with some clutches after the dust settled!

It's amazing what you can do with a few scraps and a couple of lazy afternoons.

Cookie!  The fabric print is called "Sweets Shop".

This one is a birthday gift for my room mate's little sister.  Yeah, that's a panda POG!
