1  Oh, clutches! (a little bit photo-plump) in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by ceevee on: August 20, 2010 12:46:13 PM
I recently went nuts on my remnants stash and ended up with some clutches after the dust settled!

It's amazing what you can do with a few scraps and a couple of lazy afternoons.

Cookie!  The fabric print is called "Sweets Shop".

This one is a birthday gift for my room mate's little sister.  Yeah, that's a panda POG!

3  [Scarf pattern added!] It's cold already? Cat ear hat and tacgnoL scarf. in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by ceevee on: December 04, 2009 10:30:51 PM
I moved down to Florida from Virginia earlier this year...and now I'm moving back to VA!  Since Virginia has winter, I made a new fleece hat and scarf to keep me toasty through the colder months.

I used the awesome pattern from http://clearkid.deviantart.com/art/Fleece-Hat-Tutorial-68772035 with minor modifications (cat ears, upward folded band).

.gnooooooooool si tacgnoL

The pattern for the tacgnoL scarf was drafted by me.  I guess the next thing to do is to make Longcat  Grin

P.S: Do any of you clever Craftsters have a pattern for an ear-flap hat that you wouldn't mind sharing?  I'd love to make one to wear this winter!

4  My first tea wallet! in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by ceevee on: January 27, 2009 09:57:01 PM
Hi Craftsters!

I just finished making my first tea wallet.  I've seen a few here and finally tried my hand at it.  What a great way to use scraps  Grin  I used a little sew-in interfacing to reinforce the shape and keep my tea from becoming crushed in my mess of a tote bag.  The ribbon just winds around the button to keep the wallet closed.  It can hold two to four bags of tea, which is plenty to carry with me to class every day!

Front

Detail of fabric print.  This is the girliest fabric I have ever used.

Inside...no tea!

Ahh, there it is.
