2  wrapping paper --> pretty bubble mailers in Completed Projects by tootsweet on: August 17, 2009 08:07:20 AM
i had a ton of wrapping paper left over from my wedding (used from presents we received) that i wanted to use for something.

i got some left over bubble wrap, which we also have a ton of, scissors, and spray adhesive...

glued the bubble wrap to the wrapping paper, and folded it over....

and VOILA! awesomely pretty bubble mailers:

if you want more defined instructions, they are located here:

3  Chubby Birdy Folio :) in Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by tootsweet on: March 12, 2009 05:11:46 AM
hi, this includes sewing, but it's a folio for a notebook, so i thought this was the best place to put it  Huh

last weekend i made myself a nice little folio that i could carry around at work. i carry a smaller top-flip notebook, so the big folios dont work for me, plus i wanted a place to put loose papers and a pen...and maybe some post-its. here's what i came up with:

the button is vintage, as are the cream/floral and red/striped fabrics - they came from two blouses. the yellow pockets are remnants from past projects.

hope you liked!

♥E

ps: more about this on my blog at http://tootsweethandbags.blogspot.com/2009/03/chubby-birdy.html Smiley
