1  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Elle Woods and I share a closet. on: February 10, 2010 08:58:33 PM
I just love this fabric, it reminds me of bright graph paper. It comes in about four other colours but pink is definitely my
favourite.

I had originally only intended for the front three panels, but I'm a little bootylicious so I added the two to the sides so it would stop squishing my bum! There was also a slight incidence when I decided to wear it out on a date without renforcing the seams. Split up the side seam! Luckily my boyfriend is pretty used to me breaking things.  Wink

Sorry bout the shoddy pictures, I took them in a mirror.

Ah, right, one more funny thing about the boyfriend. The idea of decorative buttons is completely lost on him. Apparently buttons should button things!
2  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / Coral on: August 12, 2009 02:20:57 AM

3  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Misc. Gift Idea Brain Blockage / New Big brother Gift for a friends son? on: August 05, 2009 10:20:24 PM
My friend is due in 6 weeks with a new baby. I have some presents for the new baby but not anything for her three year old son. He is very excited about having a new baby brother or sister, so it seems like I should give him something to commiserate that instead of just a toy or something.

They do live a in another country now, so anything that ways more than a few pounds wont really work.  Any ideas?
4  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Beads: Completed Projects / my Baby Bracelet on: July 24, 2009 03:12:07 AM
Bracelet with a picture of my little one in the frame.

its just glass beads with silver wire wrapped around each one. Its not terribly impressive, but I like it.

The bracelet face is flipped around so you can't see Edison's. The writing is totally crude because its just an example of what I wanted, it says "I grew in Mommies Heart".
5  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Dangly earrings on: January 18, 2009 01:44:14 AM
I've been lurking on these boards for ages but I finally joined when I took up jewellry making as a hobbie to quell the anxiety. I am nowhere near as talented as some of the members on this board but I thought I'd share anyways.

I haven't quite figured the pictures in posts out yet so just a link:
