I love your new nightstand. 
I used to have one very similar, but in black and white cow pattern.  I ended up getting rid of it after a move, didn't have anywhere for it.  I used sticky shelf contact paper. 
I love your idea with the fabric much better!

Yeah, using fabric didn't add any bulk to it. It's pretty clean cut.

My parents had this ugly gold ribbon frame that held my Grandpa's picture. Mom replaced the frame with something that was less of an eye sore and I took it.


A little bit of spray paint and an outfit from the thrift store for 1.50


Tada... Goes perfect with my room!

i love this but i have to be honest it took me a min to realize that there were actual zebras in the fabric and it wasnt just print my blonde is showing today

yeah I thought the print was a bit juvenile, but its all they had and I have grown to love it.

Thanks everyone! With the mod podge I just put a quick layer on it to kinda protect it so the kiddo didnt ruin it before I have a chance to put some kind of topcoat on it. Now that all my zebra print is gone I'm going to buy another print to do more furniture in. I want to do both leopard and giraffe.

I've been reading everyone's posts of their nice redone furniture for hours on end and finally decided to do something of my own. I found a nightstand at the thrift store and wanted to try it out. I don't have any before pictures because I was in too much of a hurry.

I just used fabric and mod podge for the drawers


Our room is going to be kinda jungle themed with all different animals prints.

It's not perfect but I think it turned out pretty well...

I want to seal the drawers but I'm not sure what to use. All they have on them is a coat of mod podge

I need one of these...
