I am making this right now!

I'm bringing it over to a lunch over my Aunt and Uncle's who are vegan. My boyfriend and I are vegetarians, and they are cooking all the rest of the lunch all from food they grew in their garden in Canada. They grow all summer, harvest, then come here for the winter and share all their yumminess with the family here.
Well, I had my heart set on making this...and the two grocery stores near my boyfriend's house don't carry Earth Balance, so....I bought soy creamer (3/4 Cup), some almond milk (2 tbs), and vegetable oil (1/4 Cup), and used an egg beater to blend it together hoping it would be similar. I don't know. And the other problem is I'm really awful at baking. So haha, it's in the oven right now, I'll let you know tomorrow how it turned out
