I needed something that I could attach my cell phone either to my purse, my wallet or myself in case I didn't have pockets and this was what I came up with.  It has a shorter strap for attaching to the clip on my wallet or a lanyard and a longer one for attaching to my purse.  I think it'll work for what I need it for, and it only took scraps that I had in my stash to make it.  What do you think?

So, I was doing a swap on one of the Dollhouse Miniatures lists I'm on with another forum, looking for ideas to make something spectacular and "wow" worthy.  I came across someone's blog page where they showed how they made a dollhouse aquarium, so I put my own spin on it and this is what I came up with.  It would be awesome with a miniature light in it, in a dollhouse living room, or just on a desk as a paperweight.  What do you think?

The "aquarium" it's self is one of those magnetic top paperclip dispensers.  The "water" is that acryllic stuff that hotels use to make their silk flower arragements (I got it at Walmart, but Joanne Fabrics has it too).  The fish are glass beads (I found some clownfish beads that I want to use to make another one of these).  The rest is stuff I had in my stash of treasures.

We're having a Purses With A Purpose auction at church to raise money for Christmas for needy families.  I made this to donate to the auction.  I hope it makes lots of money for the kids! :-)

I can't believe I've been so busy that I forgot to show you all this bag that I made! The swirly fabric is silky and was very hard to work with, but my friend that I made it for loves how it turned out. What do you think?

I made these for my two nieces for their birthday.  Tiffany is going to be 15 on May 3rd and Chelsea will be 11 on May 5th.  I used a reverse applique technique on fabric with stencil letters that I made myself, and then put the completed projects in frames.  I did one for my grandson, Hunter who will be 1 on the 15th of May too.  :-)

I'm doing a craft swap with an online friend.  I made this for her 3 year old son.  It's an I Spy Bag.  It has pictures of the 49 (I missed one item LOL) small items on one side of the laminated card, and a printed list on the other for when he starts reading.  I hope they like it! :-)

I'm doing an Easter Swap with one of my doll friends.  One of the things I sent was this Puppies Rag Quilt that I made.  It's about 26" by 26".  I hope she likes it!
 

I made this for a friend of mine who recently lost her mother.  I hope it brings her a smile.

I made this one for a friend's 4 year old grand daughter for Easter.  I thought it turned out really cute!  It's a miniature version of my boutique bags, only without pockets.  It's about 6" wide by about 7" long and has a 3" bottom. Isn't it cute?

I love how this bag turned out, but I had sooo much trouble putting the zipper in!  LOL  I think I will stick to the magnetic snaps from now on unless I can find a really good zipper tut.  This is the bag I'm going to be carrying for Spring. :-)  It has four outside and four inside pockets. What do you think?
