1  Help identifying! in Knitting: Discussion and Questions by Mollfie on: January 09, 2009 12:06:40 PM
My mum and I made this cropped cardigan years ago and a friend of mine now wants to use it as a reference to make her own. Now, I am not a knitter so I can't really help her.

The cardigan goes to the waist, but has full length sleeves. It has a collar that sort of folds back rather than being stiff? It's rounded. the front is rounded too rather than being squared and only has one button (I don't think that makes much sense lol)

Could someone identify the two different styles used?
Also does anyone know of a pattern for this?

My mum knew about it but can't help me now because she's on the other side of the country and doesn't have the pattern anymore.

Any ideas?

Cardigan, large so linked

Hopefully you can see that the cardigan is done using two different styles, on for the body and one for the bottom 'hem' and collar. I want to say that it's cable knit but I'm not sure.
