I work in Olathe and my husband goes to school in Lawrence.  I discovered a little quilting supply store in downtown Eudora, but have never been inside.  There is also a quilting supply store in Olathe.  For thrift stores, there's a huge Salvation Army store in Olathe, as well as a good-sized Goodwill store, which is next door to a Hobby Lobby.

The dress is beautiful and looks great on you!  Job well done!

I really like the idea of saving a pair of jeans and making them into a western style skirt.  Way to go!
