Did you put anything in to make it stiff?  I'm sure there is some technical name for that stuff, but I'm new.

5  QUILTING / Quilting: Completed Projects / Re: Native Star quilts on: February 23, 2009 06:46:17 PM
Hello!
I was just scanning through the Recent Posts with pictures, and I saw your beautiful quilts, and I thought, "Hey, those look Native!".  Then, I read the subject and the post, and sure enough!
I am also Native.  I'm Ojibway from Ontario.
My hubby and I got a star quilt from my auntie for a wedding gift.  I love it!
There used to be a lot of ladies here on my reserve who made the most amazing quilts, there aren't too many who do it anymore.
Super job!

These are awesome!!!  Sewing and wearing Yo Gabba Gabba clothes is awesome!
We love Yo Gabba Gabba in our house.  I'm already planning my little girl's Yo Gabba Gabba birthday party (it's in June)!
Super Job!
7  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Winter Holidays / Fleece Christmas Stocking on: February 17, 2009 06:45:44 AM
Boozhoo!
This is my first completed projects post (I don't complete many projects), and my first sewing project in years!
I'm so excited!

I made it for my daughter.  My mom made my stocking when I was a baby, and I always was so excited to see it on Christmas morning.  I just had to make one for my daughter!

Your son is so cute!!  I almost can't stand it.
What is the title of the book that you used?

10  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Stenciling: Completed Projects / Re: Octopus Tie on: February 05, 2009 05:13:58 PM
I love it!  What a good idea.
I just have a question for you.  After you print the design, how do you get the freezer paper off of the fabric?  Does it leave some wax on the fabric?
Thanks!
