I have a hard time with commercial patterns, but there are a lot of patterns from etsy or available free online that I can sew without any problems.
I like this diaper cover pattern from Dana at MADE.http://www.danamadeit.com/2008/07/tutorial-the-perfect-diaper-cover.html
Here is a cute dress pattern, though you'd probably have to modify it to make it bigger for Easter time.http://www.made-by-rae.com/2008/04/free-itty-bitty-baby-dress-pattern/
Or here is a simple peasant style dress. http://www.sewmuchado.com/2012/01/infant-peasant-dress-free-pattern-and-tutorial.html
You can dress it up by adding a ruffle to the bottom, or doing the sleeves a different color. When I made it, I modified it slightly to give it a different bodice color.
(Depending on your babies size you may need to make this slightly larger).
I've never made a romper, but here are three different tutorials for them.http://shwinandshwin.blogspot.com/2012/09/baby-romper-free-pattern-babybelly.htmlhttp://mellysews.com/2013/08/baby-boy-romper-tutorial-free-pdf-sewing-pattern.htmlhttp://www.mygrowinghome.com/2011/03/diy-boys-romper.html
And again, I haven't made a tie or boys vest but there are many tutorials for those as well.http://hazelandcompany.blogspot.com/2013/08/my-little-gentleman-faux-vest-snap-on.html
(This one is for a baby, but I thought I'd throw it in there anyway.)http://www.makeit-loveit.com/2011/01/re-purposing-reversible-boys-vest-from.htmlhttp://imsharingthewealth.blogspot.com/2011/09/little-boy-tie-tutorial.htmlhttp://www.twomoreseconds.com/2011/04/little-boy-tie-tutorial-roundup.html
Hopefully some of these will help.
I also like patterns from http://www.peekaboopatternshop.com/
They are around $8 and she has a wide variety. She has a suit for boys and several dresses (though they may only go down to 3 months size).
