Wow! I can't even begin to imagine taking on a project of that size.
2  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Discussion and Questions / Re: Do buttons melt in the microwave? on: Today at 09:23:38 AM
I don't think they would melt. I think they would get really hot, and eventually change colors from all the heat.
3  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Discussion and Questions / Re: Toddler dress pattern ideas on: Today at 09:19:22 AM
If you don't mind paying for the pattern, Little Lizard King has a lot of cute clothing patterns. Some are easier than others. And they are all pdf patterns.
4  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Discussion and Questions / Re: Elf on the shelf on: Today at 09:18:20 AM
If you don't want it to be exactly like the elf on the shelf, you can just go to etsy and search for elf doll patterns. They have a couple of cute ones.
5  CLOTHING / Clothing for Kids: Discussion and Questions / Re: Fleece hat question? on: Today at 09:15:23 AM
Perhaps you could just leave long strips of fleece on the ear flap part when your are cutting it out (three hanging down from each piece) and skip over then when sewing that lining and outer fabric together so you can turn it and have them come out. Then you can braid them after the hat is all finished.

She looks amazing! You've done such a wonderful job. Getting heads to stand up the way you want can be so hard. But I think she looks contemplative with her head the way it is.
