Hi guys,

I bought a mini torch a few years back (2006) as part of a kit.  I used it a few times and it worked perfectly... however i went travelling and packed it all up.  I came back this year and ive tried to use it again. It ignited a few times - with perserverance and only had a small flame no matter how much gas i turned on.  Now ive come back to it after a few months and it wont ignite. 

 Its full of gas and ive tried squirting a few drops of gas directly into the nozzle to try to clear anything that may be there.  Do i just have to bite the bullet and buy a new one?  I really hope i can salvage it!  Many thanks in advance.  x

I made him from a pair of socks (just one) from the dollar store (or even 100 yen store - here in Japan).  In fact all of the materials were from the yen store apart from the seqins on his toes and fingers.

My best friend and my sister in law are both pregnant and I had lots of wool left from another project so i have made a cardy for one of them - im thinking one will be a girl, if not itll have to wait to next time!!

Hi all,

Ive only just found this forum... and wanted to invite one and all to a stitch and bitch we have going in Tsudanama on  a friday night.  We meet around 7pm in the food court of JUSCO AEON near to the JR line of Tsudanama, but easily reached from the subway. 

We are a very friendly group of canadian, american, british, kiwi, malaysian and (unfortunately only sometimes) Japanese....

We would especially like to see more Japanese lasses there, but of course it is open to one and all.

We only started it about 3/4 months ago so its still fairly fresh.... if you dont knit, no probs, weve had jewellery makers and stamp carvers too, any craft is welcome, as long as its portable!!

Hi guys, im quite new to Craftster, and ive finally bitten the bullet and decided to post a finished object up here... i hope you like it!

Ive made it for my stitch and bitch group here in Tokyo, as we are having a (late - due to many people returning home for the holidays) secret santa.

I made the stamps i used for the back (my initials) and the heart, star and cupcake from erasers cut with a craft knife... (a japanese friend told me about this craft - very cool, and easy to try!).... The pearl bead is used as a button with plaited embroidery thread as a hook to keep the book closed.
