If you could find a way to make a good pregnant stomach, if you don't do the golden ticket shirt you should totally rock the pregnant belly shirt thing that she did, hah.  Having huge areolas visible through the shirt would be a nice touch as well.

You could make it something more Halloween-y than a heart, but the bleeding part is pretty greusome.

Those are some decent ideas but I guess by "pervert" I more meant stuff like S&M gone wrong, to tie into the death theme more, you know?  Not just like, porn!  Thanks for the ideas though.
