[I made this for my partner in the Deathly Hallows swap and we are both PURE BLOOD SLYTHERINSIts a totebag with the the dark mark embroidered. It was a pain in my royal A$$ cos of the material of the bag it was hard to push the needle through and it bent my needle and it almost broke off.The satin stitch was a bit difficult too cos of the shape of the design.I will do this again for myself cos I love the way it looks and it will get a stronger needle and use a different fill stitch.Sorry for the crappy pics and the one strand of hair getting in the wayC&C welcomed!]

I wanted to try my hand at some subversive XStitching and I found this while googling for free cross stitch pictures. It its my first but it wont be my last. It is also the first time I have tried to hide the back of my work.
I used 14count Aida and 2 strands of floss. I sent this to one of my swap partners on Ravelry.

I found the picture in a book my husband had and it had a ton of colors but since I am not that experience in crayon tinting, I decided to just do her as if it was a portrait. I am really happy the way she came out.]

I screamed so loud when I saw this my husband lost his hearing momentarily. I have had a life long love affair with this man and now that I have him on my wall is the most amazing thing ever!!!!!!!!
I am so thankful that I was partnered with her, it was a match made in embroidery heaven, and since she was so cool it was so easy to send her extras!!!!!
