Meet Buster the scrap robot. I made Buster for a friends new baby also called Buster. All made from scrap fabric.

There was also a tote bag with applique and stencil Japanese fans, I can't find the pics.

I said that I squeled when I open my package now you'll see why.

I received the greatest knitted scarf and hat. I wore the scarf today and people stopped me in the street and made all sorts of lovely comments, some tried to figure out how it was made. I <3 <3 it lots.

 

I have not been able to get the smile off my face carrying around my new friend too

Had a spare 2 minutes and found some buttons and elastic laying around. Turned them into a bookmark. I'm really pleased with how it turned out.

I can recommend reading this book too!

I have finally crawled out of my sick bed to get to the post office to collect my parcel. It made me feel so much better, I love sezouli's little bag. She has done a great job embroidering a nautilis shell. And check out the cute card too! Thanks sezouli 

Zebras and Morse code both appear in the childrens book 'The Eleventh Hour' by Graeme Base.

I made these two stencild t-shirts for a childrens book swap.

The first is a morse code message saying; Today a reader tomorrow a leader.



The zebra in the book is dressed as a punk so I thought I would do the same. I used plaited embroidery thread for his tail.

Last Christmas I made everyone in my office tote bags, but one girl just isn't the tote bag type so I made these Star Wars tree decorations for her. I laughed when she turned them into a mobile for her baby son
