I'm so glad you like everything, darkladymajesta! I had a lot of fun making it for you :3 I just love those pictures of chibi Ed and Al (how a suit of armor can be so cute I'll never know!)

Yaaay! I received from BunnieBard! It came as a Tamaki Emergency Survival kit!

Everything all together

Containing: 1 dog (even though he's not Antoinette, he's adorable)(besides, I <3 Hayate so much)
Firstly, I got this great knitted/crocheted Black Hayate pillow!

His back is so soft! I love his little footpads. He's already found a place among my collection of pillows.

An Ouran High School logo etched mug (for tasty commoner drinks!)

:/ You can't really see it well in the picture, but it's awesome. It was immediately put to use with some tasty Earl Grey.

1 Kuma-chan

Adorable! I love Kuma-chan and his bored little face.

Ouran Magnets

Another not so great picture. But the magnets are lovely.

There was also some tasty commoners ramen, pocky, and an adorably tiny jar of instant coffee!

Thanks so much BunnieBard! I love it all!

Okay, finally my computer and my camera have reconciled themselves to one another so I can show you all the awesome stuff TPauSilver sent me!

Everything together:

The biggest thing she sent was this life-sized Black Hayate plushie from FMA. I <3 Hayate so much . . .

He's awesome not only because he's cuddly, but also because he has this little zipper along the bottom side so that I can use him as a cosplay prop once I get myself together and make my Hawkeye cosplay, so I can keep my wallet and camera in there. It's such a great idea, and now I can't wait to make the costume so I can carry him around!

Faace

She also made me this Axis Powers Hetalia bag which is totally awesome!

It has little velcro squares and 13 little countries so I can pick and choose who I feel like wearing on the bag at any given moment. The little guys are so detailed, too!

And then there is the pretty Utena rose box.

The inside lid has the little passage about the world's shell that the student council members recite on their weird little elevator ride. It was also full of delicious candy (which is already half gone, om nom nom).

Thank you so so so much, TPauSilver! I love everything!

That necklace is really cool, and the mug makes me want to watch Kiki's Delivery service again!
10  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Integra Wingates Hellsing doll on: February 18, 2010 10:49:34 AM

This is a doll of Integra from the manga/anime Hellsing. I made her for a swap.

Integra scrutinizes.

She's a ragdoll sort of doll, meaning that she isn't jointed or really posable since she has no armature or anything, but she is soft like a plushie. Her hands, however, do have some pipecleaners in the fingers so she can hold things. I drafted her as a more feminine version of my regular ragdoll pattern. I drafted the head as well, though it was basically a variation on the head from ghilie's poppet pattern. Her skin is alova and her features are painted/drawn on.

Profile.

I made her glasses using some of the clear plastic that they make packages and boxes out of for kids toys and things like that. I cut them into little circles and punctured them with an upholstery needle and then threaded some wire in to connect them and make the little ear parts. They actually wrap around her ears so that they don't fall off.

As for her clothes, they are all removable. Her shoes are felt loafer sort of things, her suit is made of a linen that really looks like tweed or suiting of some kind. Her gloves are made of white knit jersey, and yes, they are removable, too!

Her jacket is double-breasted (though only the outside set of buttons has actual buttonholes, so I guess it's sort of mock double-breasted). Her blouse is made of some shiny shirting I had lying around and her tie is just a bit of hemmed broadcloth, though I did make the little wrap with the cross with a hook and eye closure in the back so that it would be the right shape and not too hard to take off.

From the back.

Just some of her outerwear Smiley

Le gasp! In her shirtsleeves!

I even put the little crease down the front of her pant legs, though you can only sort of see it in this picture

Her hair I did by using one of those plastic net bag thingies that are sometimes around candy or cheese and I latch-hooked an enormous amount of very light blonde yarn onto it and sewed it down on her head. She looked at me disapprovingly the entire time, but hey, now she has hair. I painted her eyes and used fabric marker for her mouth. Her eyebrows are light so I just penciled them on, haha.

I just like that picture.
