I LOVE the color gradient in the first one!  I would totally use that Cheesy

And I don't buy the mistake...just spent three minutes looking for it, and I can't find it!  Smiley

I'm the new owner of the guitar one, and can honestly these totally rock Cheesy

I wonder if the smaller ones would fit the samsung galaxy or motorola xoom?  I don't own either one, but I believe they're a bit smaller than the iPad.

So many awesome, awesome mug rugs, I have to agree!!  These would be such a great thing to do on a free weekend Smiley  I have received two mug rugs from my wonderful partners!

First, a nice large one in lovely spring colors from zigg13pra:

I like the matching prints, and it's so great for spring coming on! Smiley

And from ChrissyCrafts:

Awesome crazy colors Smiley  And, reversible! Cheesy

Finally, of course, an action shot...I needed to break one in with a snack (as the other holds my PSP and other electronics Smiley)

Thanks so much!  Loving them both already Smiley

10  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Kobo e-reader cover on: January 22, 2011 04:11:13 PM
Just today I purchased a Kobo e-reader from Borders ($40 off, yay!) and promptly purchased BirdifulStitches' ever popular cover pattern to encase it in!  It was easy and great fun to make Smiley  I did change it a bit- I put batting against the inside and outside fabrics, and I put a cut down piece of extremely heavy duty interfacing in the very center of both sides, to give it more shape.  That way when it gets beaten by things in my bag I don't have to worry about it as much.

I saw this fabric in November? and had to have it....love the irritated-looking orange dude Smiley  The button is a cover button made to match the inside.

The inside!  These fabrics had been purchased for a friend's quilt...but I have so many for that project now I don't feel terribly guilty using them Wink  The decorative stitching on the large pocket is obvious, there's a leaf pattern also on the small pocket-

which this non-flash picture kind of shows.

I'm so excited to start carrying it everywhere in style, and safely!
